Month End process

Set up a month end process involving accounts payable, FX revaluation, P&L sell down.

Install a robust process around journal entries, authorisation, materiality, timelines for closure and subsequent adjustments

Legal Entity Control

Ensure all reporting requirements of local companies house and regulators are met.

Liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth and successful audit by responding to all queries in a timely manner and managing the relationship

Create a new account and cost centre process which is well controlled


Responsible for the consolidation of all existing legal entities and incorporating and advising on any future entities


Ensure all local tax returns are filed according to local requirements, liaising with local consultants where required.

Cash Reconciliation

Liaise between back office and product control to ensure cash is adequately accounted for and all nostro and suspense account breaks resolved.

Education: Chartered Accountant or similar professional qualification University degree

Prior Financial Control experience in an international company

Ability to work remotely and independently

High fluency in English, speak a second language ideal, preferably Spanish, but not a requirement
