Responsibilities:

Branding

  • Defining Xapo’s Employer Branding strategy from scratch and creating our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and engage best-in-class talent

  • Manage Xapo’s Employer’s Brand positioning in the market (awards, conferences, etc.)

  • Undertake monitoring actions, externally and internally, in order to identify strengths and improvement areas of Xapo’s Employer Brand (questionnaires, benchmarking, identification of Best Practices and trends, among others)

  • Coordinate and monitor the employer branding related activities that will be implemented across the organization

Communication

  • Be the main Employer Brand Ambassador within Xapo coordinating and attending to different HR related events, meetings and conferences and promoting Xapo’s Employer Brand across Europe.

  • Manage the relationships with relevant stakeholders that might be of Xapo’s interest (universities, HR suppliers, Media, Seniors & Alumni, among others)

  • Promote the HR Internal Marketing  to enhance internal knowledge of the Human Resources function

  • Ensure external and internal message alignment with Xapo’s EVP, working closely with other departments such as Design (job boards, Social Media, corporate website, etc.).

Talent acquisition

  • Implement recruitment marketing strategies (social networks, job fairs, etc.) while leading the proactive search of talent pools and identifying platforms and future tactics to expand the scope of the Xapo's employer brand.

  • Gather job requirements and write job descriptions with some assistance from the hiring team.

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process including screening resumes, interviewing, conducting reference checks and negotiating offers for all applicants.

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in employment branding/marketing and maintain channels for employer social media including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • 3+ years experience in building candidate pipelines

  • 3+ years of experience in researching the talent market to find relevant audiences

  • 2+ years of IT Recruitment

  • Strong behavioral based interviewing skills

  • Experience with BambooHR will be an added advantage

  • Excellent client service/ relationship mgmt skills

  • Excellent communications and presentation skills. Ideally English Native Speaker.
